About MoneyPhone
MoneyPhone is a fast-growing fintech startup and licensed non-deposit financial institution (NDFI) in Rwanda. Our mission is to empower underserved and marginalized individuals through cutting-edge digital financial services. MoneyPhone leverages AI powered credit scoring, mobile-based loan applications, and automated repayment tracking to provide fast, collateral-free loans, particularly tailored to the needs of smallholder farmers and their cooperatives. We operate without physical branches, serving clients across the country through fully digital channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, energetic and field-driven team member who can bridge two essential areas of our work: delivering digital loans to rural clients, and gathering critical field-level data to track our impact. This role sits at the intersection of fintech operations and development impact. You’ll be on the ground — engaging with farmers, cooperatives, and local leaders — ensuring that our loan product is well understood, used correctly, and backed with solid, verifiable data. You will facilitate digital loan applications, train clients, troubleshoot usage issues, and support robust data collection processes required by our donor to measure youth job creation and financial impact.
You’ll also support our Kigali-based operations - providing project support, especially on MEL, data analysis and reporting. You will generate insights from farmers and partners to inform product refinement and strategic decision-making. We’re looking for someone fast, practical, and highly motivated to learn and grow in a high-impact financial tech environment.

Use tools like Excel, KoboToolbox, or ODK to conduct surveys and field reporting
