It operates without physical branches, utilizing solely digital channels to cater to its clientele. Our Rwanda team is located in Norssken, Kigali, and our field officers travel to various districts such as Musanze, Burera, Nyabihu, Rubavu, Karongi, Rwamagana, Kirehe, Nyamagabe. We are looking for an experienced youth fellow to join our field team. You will play a vital role in creating awareness of our solution, training and facilitating our clients. You are responsible for building and managing a team of youth fellows that will report to you directly. Since we have a digital loan solution, you will process loan applications submitted through digital channels, such as online portals and mobile apps. You will work closely with digital loan officers, credit management and product development to optimize the digital loan process.

• Make sure our solution is effectively utilized through trainings and assistance
• Manage the team of youth fellows
• Overall coordination of youth fellows' team activities includes setting their targets and tracking their performance.
• Maintain good contact with our clients (cooperatives)
• Set up awareness campaigns, promote participation in financial literacy and digital literacy initiatives across the cooperatives through internal communications, promotional campaigns, and awareness events.
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning and skill development among employees. 
• Facilitate loan application, monitoring, and collecting processes  
• Enhance feedback collection and conduct regular inspections 
• Work on continuous improvement of our digital loan solution; participate in product testing, pilot programs and marker research.
• Equip borrowers with essential digital skills and competencies required to navigate digital tools, platforms, and technologies relevant to the loan application process. 
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives in enhancing borrowers' financial literacy and digital literacy skills.  
• Plan agriculture season and provide clear insights on the loan portfolio needed, payment plan, and loan recovery plan.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Kinyarwanda 
• Experience working with rural communities 
• Age range: 20-30 years old 
• Proficient in using online portals and mobile apps 
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision  
• Hands-on experience in solving incidents and improving processes will be valued
• Experience in leading small teams in the field will be valued
