About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced youth fellow to join our field team. You will play a vital role in creating awareness of our solution, training and facilitating our clients. You are responsible for building and managing a team of youth fellows that will report to you directly. Since we have a digital loan solution, you will process loan applications submitted through digital channels, such as online portals and mobile apps. You will work closely with digital loan officers, credit management and product development to optimize the digital loan process.
