  • Claudine – Payroll Specialist, focusing on pension contributions and employee tax matters.
  • Patrick – Legal Liaison, managing client disputes and appeals with RRA.
  • Diane – Financial Analyst, who supports businesses with forecasting under new tax incentives.

The company’s mission is to strengthen Rwanda’s financial resilience by helping firms comply with new tax reforms, pension rules, and foreign exchange regulations, directly contributing to NST2 priorities of mobilizing domestic resources, enhancing financial inclusion, and supporting business growth.

This entry-level Finance Assistant role is vital because you will be the first line of defense against client non-compliance, ensuring accuracy in filings, pension contributions, and EBM2.1 electronic invoicing. Your work safeguards businesses from penalties and supports Rwanda’s national development goals by ensuring sustainable tax revenues and stronger social protection systems.

During this immersive experience, you will work on real projects: preparing tax returns, analyzing deductible expenses, verifying EBM invoices, assisting clients with pension reform queries, and ensuring correct application of withholding taxes and incentives.
