Tripesa is a Ugandan-based SaaS company that develops digital solutions to manage and scale tourism business operations. Our service enables customers to build secure, template-based custom websites, web applications, and marketplaces. All our customers get access to a dashboard/CMS with business-tailored features such as inventory management, bookings & payments, and events management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard hotels, travel agents, tour operators, and restaurants.

  • Open and manage client accounts on the Tripesa platform.

  • Promote Tripesa’s digital tools to drive client growth and visibility.

  • Support the Growth Team with sales outreach, activations, and reporting.

  • Serve as the local face and voice of Tripesa within your tourism community.

Key Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or IT.

  • Reside in a tourism-active hub (Kampala).

  • Passionate about digital solutions and local tourism development.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

  • Organized and self-driven.

  • Familiar with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, digital marketing tools).

  • Outgoing and proactive in engaging with businesses.
