We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across SLS Energy’s operations. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery from initiation through commissioning.

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management from project initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.

Monitoring & Control

• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Manage change requests and communicate impacts on scope, timeline, or cost.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to management.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and unblock progress.
• Support site visits, inspections, and project handovers where required.

Tools & Documentation

• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and records.
• Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to plan, track, and report on project activities.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
