Key Responsibilities
The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing critical financial processes including processing accounts payable and receivable, invoice management, and account reconciliation. Key duties involve verifying invoices, scheduling payments, tracking outstanding payments, resolving financial discrepancies, and maintaining comprehensive financial records. The role also includes supporting month-end financial closings, ensuring compliance with organizational financial policies, and providing general support to the Finance Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in finance roles. Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, QuickBooks, and advanced Excel modeling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and project management capabilities are also critical for success in this role.
