SLS Energy is a dynamic battery solutions company in Rwanda providing innovative battery-as-a-service to commercial, industrial, and off-grid sectors. The Head of Supply Chain & Operations will be critical in driving the company's operational execution, focusing on translating commercial demand into coordinated operational strategies across sourcing, production, and service delivery.

The role encompasses comprehensive supply chain leadership, including strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and operational performance management. Key responsibilities include leading the Supply Chain & Operations department, driving end-to-end operational performance, developing strategic battery cell supply strategies, chairing monthly S&OP processes, managing production planning, and building departmental capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. The role requires 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or technical operations leadership, with strong capabilities in planning, forecasting, cross-functional leadership, and operational execution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in energy, battery, manufacturing, or similar complex operational environments.
