We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations, project financial management, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of financial planning, accounting principles, and compliance requirements, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both projects and administrative operations.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
• Track and report on financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations, tax laws, donor requirements, and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
• Lead the development of short- and long-term financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and strategic plans.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to support risk management and contingency planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operational data into financial forecasts and models.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audit obligations, and government reporting.
• Implement anti-fraud measures, risk assessments, and internal control enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance roles.
• Proven experience in financial management, forecasting, and business modeling.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
