The Design Engineer will play a key role in the design and development of battery pack products. Responsible for the entire design process, from initial concept to final production, ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective energy storage solutions.

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and project goals.
• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed system requirements.
• Investigate and analyze the intended applications of the battery pack.
• Generate innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of embedded systems.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models of battery pack assemblies.
• Build functional prototypes of battery pack systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes.
• Conduct thorough safety assessments throughout the design process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA).
• Experience with engineering simulation and analysis tools (e.g., FEA, thermal modeling).
• Strong knowledge of battery systems, including lithium-ion technology, BMS, and thermal management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, and fabrication.
• Understanding of safety standards, regulations, and certification requirements for battery systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in design engineering, preferably in the battery, energy storage, or automotive industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
