The Agile People and Culture Manager is responsible for driving Agile HR practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the organization. This role combines traditional HR functions with Agile principles to create a dynamic and adaptive workplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred).
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Proven experience in HR and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or other Agile certifications) is a plus.
trong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering an Agile culture and mindset.
Change management experience is a plus.
