The Role
We are seeking 2 proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer Interns to join our Sales & Marketing team and support the achievement of sales growth. These are hands-on, field-based roles for individuals who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute from day one.
This is a revenue-generating role. Success is measured in deals closed and income generated. The compensation structure reflects this.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach
• Drive daily lead generation by conducting targeted field visits to identify business opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, phone, email, or social media platforms.
• Conduct professional client meetings, presenting Munyax Eco solutions with confidence.
• Promote Munyax Eco’s products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Sales Pipeline Support
• Accurately document customer interactions in the sales pipeline via the Munyax Eco CRM system.
• Ensure smooth handoff of hot leads to senior sales staff or the technical team.
• Capture customer feedback and report weekly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Agent Support
• Recruit, onboard, and support field sales agents.
• Follow up on agent-referred leads to confirm qualification.
• Coordinate handover of agent-referred leads to the technical team.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights.
General
• Represent the company at events and client meetings.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in community outreach, field sales, or marketing — comfortable cold calling and knocking on doors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or technology products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Professional, self-motivated, and able to travel frequently.
