Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Degree in Engineering or similar field.
Experience of at least five (5) years in sizing, planning and installing solar photovoltaic projects as well as in project management.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible to manage changing priorities
Very good understanding of the use of all Microsoft Office Applications.
Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda, French is a plus.
