Know-how & Assets Expectations

  • Able to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to organize complex processes
  • Demonstrate objectivity and listening skills

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience of at least five (5) years in sizing, planning and installing solar photovoltaic projects as well as in project management.
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible to manage changing priorities
  • Very good understanding of the use of all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda, French is a plus.
