As an HR & Finance Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our company’s success by managing our most valuable asset—our people. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training, and compliance, you’ll help build a motivated and high-performing workforce. Additionally, you will be required to provide expert support and backup to the accounting/finance department as needed.

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.
• Implement and update HR policies that foster a fair, engaging and inclusive work environment.
• Administer benefits, compensation programs, and performance management initiatives.
• Coordinate training and career development programs to support employees' growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
• Drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Provide expert support and backup to the accounting/finance department

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in Human Resources and/or Finance roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Expertise in employment laws, HR as well as in accounting and finance work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software, accounting software and MS Office (Excel & Word).
