Application description
The Fellowship offers paid, high-impact roles within the Ministry of ICT and Innovation and its affiliated agencies. The fellowship program aims to give a cohort of university graduates the chance to explore projects, priorities, and policies as they discover careers opportunities in public service
Eligibility
The fellowship applicants must have:
Rwandan residency
Not more than three years after graduating by the time of applying
Holds a degree in Public Policy or Public Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.
Additional Competencies
Strong interest in Rwanda's national strategies and priorities
Candidate should be curious, motivated, eager to learn across a wide range of fields, enjoy
Collaborating and are excited about the opportunity to make an impact in Rwanda
Finely tuned organizational skills and ability to work on one’s own initiative.
Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships and build strategic partnerships and networks.
Proactive in the development and implementation of ideas and proposals
Excellent knowledge of English in writing and speaking is required.
Knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an asset.
Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed
