The fellowship applicants must have:

• Rwandan residency
• Not more than three years after graduating by the time of applying
• Holds a degree in Public Policy or Public Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.

• Strong interest in Rwanda's national strategies and priorities
• Candidate should be curious, motivated, eager to learn across a wide range of fields, enjoy
• Collaborating and are excited about the opportunity to make an impact in Rwanda
• Finely tuned organizational skills and ability to work on one’s own initiative.
• Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships and build strategic partnerships and networks.
• Proactive in the development and implementation of ideas and proposals
• Excellent knowledge of English in writing and speaking is required.
• Knowledge of Kinyarwanda and/or French is an asset.
• Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed
