The HR Associate (Education) will support the tutor's recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement. They will play a key role in ensuring high-quality tutoring experiences for learners by implementing strategies to identify and bridge skill gaps, maintaining effective communication, and assisting with the operational aspects of tutor engagement.

• Skill Gap Analysis: Support in analyzing feedback and performance data to identify tutor training needs and organize development programs.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor tutor performance metrics and provide timely updates and insights.
• Training Coordination: Assist in planning and executing synchronous and asynchronous training sessions to enhance tutor capabilities.
• Tutor Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality tutors through effective recruitment campaigns and interviews.
• Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process, ensuring new tutors are equipped with the necessary tools and guidelines for a seamless start.
• Tutor Engagement: Build strong relationships with tutors, address their queries, and concerns, foster a collaborative environment and mete out disciplinary action when needed.
• Administrative Support: Handle documentation, scheduling, and operational tasks related to tutor management and growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, training coordination, or educational support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and data management tools.
