We’re looking for someone who checks most of these boxes:

1. A1/A0 degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field

2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in food production, quality assurance, or manufacturing operations

3. Proven experience with ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and/or FDA compliance

4. Strong knowledge and experience with Food Quality Management Systems (FQMS), including the ability to implement and monitor them effectively

5. Experience in process improvement and production optimization

6. Skilled in production planning, scheduling, and inventory control

7. Excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and a growth mindset

8. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards

9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
