We’re looking for someone who checks most of these boxes:

1. A1/A0 degree in ** Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering**, or a related field

2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ** food production, quality assurance**, or ** manufacturing operations**

3. Proven experience with ** ISO standards, HACCP, GMP**, and/or ** FDA compliance**

4. Strong knowledge and experience with ** Food Quality Management Systems (FQMS)**, including the ability to implement and monitor them effectively

5. Experience in ** process improvement** and ** production optimization**

6. Skilled in ** production planning, scheduling**, and ** inventory control**

7. Excellent communication skills, ** leadership potential**, and a ** growth mindset**

8. High attention to detail with a strong commitment to ** hygiene and safety standards**

9. Comfortable working in a ** fast-paced, evolving environment**
