This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality that InCUTi Foods is known for.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Advanced Diploma in Food Science or related field.
1-2 years of proven experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Manager in a food production facility.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
Proficient understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional late shifts, to meet production targets.
