Fresco Fruits Ltd is a fast-growing Rwandan agribusiness working with smallholder farmers to transform the fruit value chain. We aggregate and market fresh produce while building farmer capacity through contract farming and guaranteed markets.

We are seeking a Finance Intern to support the overall finance operations of the business. The intern will assist in project accounting, reconciliation, procurement documentation, and audit‑ready record keeping.

• Assist in preparing financial documents including invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, requisitions.
• Support accurate data entry into the relevant tools.
• Assist with daily and weekly reconciliations.
• Support monitoring of project expenditures and alignment to approved budgets.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical financial filing systems.
• Support procurement documentation including quotations, LPOs, delivery notes, and payment follow‑ups.
• Provide general administrative and finance support as assigned..

• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Google tools
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
