Depot Kalisimbi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow within the finance sector. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to oversee and strengthen financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting.

• Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Carry out bank reconciliations, asset inventories, invoicing, and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with Rwanda’s tax laws and reporting requirements (VAT, WHT, PAYE, and others).
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with business goals.
• Participate in internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Maintain organized, timely, and accurate data recording in financial systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles including: Bank reconciliation, Asset inventories, Budgeting & financial analysis, Tax preparation and compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc. in Rwanda), Invoicing and revenue tracking
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced ** Microsoft Excel** skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
