About the role:
As a Site engineer at Delta you will manage different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders.You will work collaboratively with a talented team to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and with the highest level of quality and safety.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a site engineer in construction projects of 4 years and above.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in relevant software and tools for project management and design.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional engineering license (optional but preferred).
