Vehicle Supply: New energy passenger and commercial vehicles. We are also the official exclusive distributor of Geely Auto in Rwanda.

Charging Solutions: Installation of 1,000+ household smart charging piles and planning support for 20 public fast-charging stations.

Comprehensive Services: Professional after-sales maintenance centers, automotive-related accessories, and a stable spare parts supply chain

Job Purpose:

The Sales Representative will actively identify, approach, and engage potential buyers — including companies, SMEs, ministries, embassies, hotels, tour operators, and NGOs. They will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, presenting EV solutions, and closing sales to support CEVR’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Visit organizations, companies, government institutions, and hotels to identify potential EV buyers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Actively represent CEVR in the market with confidence and professionalism.

2. Client Engagement & Sales

  • Present CEVR’s electric vehicle lineup to decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain key EV features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.
  • Maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Gather insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to management to support product and strategy improvements.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales progress.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and the marketing team for coordinated campaigns.
  • Ensure organized documentation of all customer interactions.

5. Brand Representation

  • Uphold CEVR’s brand image through excellent appearance, communication, and professionalism.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Must present a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
  2. Excellent personal presentation — confident.
  3. Strong communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda (French is an added advantage).
  4. Previous work experience in sales — experience in automotive or EV industry is a strong plus.
  5. Self-driven and organized, able to manage schedules, visits, and follow-ups with minimal supervision.
  6. High initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to go out and meet clients physically.
  7. Ability to build relationships and engage with corporate, government, and high-level clients.
  8. Valid driving license is a must.
