Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects focused on training job seekers and placing them into income-generating opportunities. This role involves working closely with funders, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure each project's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are understood and achieved. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of training and employment programs, and the ability to manage diverse client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education, training, or workforce development sectors.
