Project Coordination:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for funders and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and expectations.

KPI Management:

• Work with relevant teams to understand and define the KPIs for each project.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including instructional designers, trainers, and placement officers, to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and ensure alignment.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs and job placement services.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance project outcomes.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues and challenges to keep projects on track.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to funders and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education, training, or workforce development sectors.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to understand and achieve KPIs in a project setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
