We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester Intern to join our innovative team at BAG Technologies. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in software testing and quality assurance. As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our career tools and platforms that connect young talent with leading employers across Africa.

• Assist in creating and executing test plans and test cases

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications

• Report and document bugs and issues using appropriate tools

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to resolve issues

• Participate in agile development processes and attend team meetings

• Learn and apply software testing methodologies and best practices

• Assist in maintaining test environments and test data

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance

• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
