We are recruiting a Finance Manager with strong ** Odoo ERP** for one of our partners in the ** Manufacturing and FMCG industry**. This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who is not only skilled in managing financial operations but also enjoys optimizing systems and leading a team to drive continuous improvement. As the Finance Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient financial processes, supporting decision-making, and improving a culture of accountability. • Oversee financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and compliance
• Manage and optimize the Odoo ERP system (financial, inventory, and manufacturing modules)
• Supervise and develop a finance team of 3 people
• Drive financial planning, ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making
• Lead process improvement initiatives and promote accountability across departments

• Relevant experience in finance/accounting, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, including configuration and training
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems independently
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; Kinyarwanda is an advantage
