We are looking for a highly driven and experienced E-commerce Scale Manager to take its digital retail operations to the next level. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills someone who understands the business of online selling and how to scale it fast.

You’ll be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce ecosystem: ensuring all products are listed on time and accurately, user experience is clean and effective, inventory is synced, marketing campaigns are aligned, and growth targets are met. This is not just about keeping a website running it’s about building a profitable, data-driven, and customer-centric e-commerce machine.

• Own day-to-day e-commerce operations including product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and categorization.
• Manage stock visibility across platforms, ensuring inventory accuracy and fast turnaround.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to time product drops and digital campaigns.
• Analyze conversion rates, bounce rates, and sales funnels to optimize user experience and performance.
• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce support team (operations, support, logistics).
• Ensure smooth customer journey from landing page to checkout to delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow online revenue, order volume, and customer retention.

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital sales (fashion or consumer goods a plus).
• You’re highly data-driven, with strong experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom CMS).
• You’ve successfully scaled e-commerce businesses and can confidently optimize for revenue and profit.
• You understand how operations, content, UX, marketing, and logistics come together in an online store.
• You’re organized, results-oriented, and proactive always thinking 3 steps ahead.
• You’re a confident communicator and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
