Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment efforts across Rwanda. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape, recruitment channels, and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various departments
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies targeting local and regional talent pools
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including skills assessments and initial interviews
  • Leverage digital and traditional recruitment channels to identify top talent
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate relationship management system and track recruitment metrics
  • Support bulk hiring campaigns with efficient recruitment workflows
  • Generate detailed recruitment reports and analytics
  • Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, professional networks, and recruitment platforms

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Advanced skills in recruitment platforms and job boards
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Knowledge of candidate assessment methodologies
  • Understanding of digital recruitment technologies
