Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating our job simulation modules. You will work closely with subject matter experts, educators, and our technology team to ensure that our content is effective, engaging, and aligned with the needs of the modern job market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience designing curriculums and learning experiences.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
