• Create dynamic engaging visual content for SPENN's social media platforms website and in-app communications.

• Design and produce marketing materials including infographics banners logos and promotional items.

• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital advertising campaigns and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that align with SPENN's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Create visually appealing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce video content including editing colour correction and adding special effects where necessary.

• Maintain a consistent visual style across all SPENN's marketing channels and materials.

• Stay updated on overall trends on social media and the finance industry to help in generating the content calendar.

• Manage and organise digital assets ensuring easy access for the marketing team.

• Collaborate with external vendors when necessary for large-scale production projects.

• Provide creative input on marketing strategies and campaign concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Design Visual Communications or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro) Canva or Figma.

• Strong understanding of design principles typography and colour theory.

• Experience with motion graphics video shooting and editing.

• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital social media and content marketing.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

• Knowledge of Kinyarwanda is beneficial but not essential.

• Experience in social media management is a plus.
