We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that enhance user experience and drive our mission forward.

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces using React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices
• Backend Development: Develop robust backend services with NestJS and TypeScript, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and manage deployments on AWS and Google Cloud platforms, optimising for security and efficiency.
• AI Integration: Integrate OpenAI and other machine learning APIs to enhance platform capabilities, including personalisation and gamification features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with a solid understanding of modern frontend architectures.
• Backend Expertise: Extensive experience with NestJS and TypeScript, including RESTful API development.
• Mobile Development Expertise: Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud services; ability to manage and optimise cloud infrastructure.
• AI & ML Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating AI and machine learning services, particularly OpenAI APIs.
• Database Skills: Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
