We are seeking a talented and creative Illustrator & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will produce visually compelling illustrations and graphic designs that enhance our educational materials and marketing campaigns. This role requires a skilled artist with a keen eye for detail, a passion for African cultures, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Create original illustrations and micro animations that align with our brand’s visual style and educational goals. 

• Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and web. 

• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop visually rich materials that support our learning programs and promotional efforts. 

• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual content. 

• Translate complex concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics and infographics. 

• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video content and animations. 

• Revise and update existing graphic content based on feedback. 

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our visual content.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field. 

• 3+ years of experience in illustration and graphic design. 

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration and graphic design work. 

• Excellent drawing and conceptualisation skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. 

• Deep knowledge of African cultures and Nigerian languages is a plus. 

• Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

• Up to N600k monthly salary.
